Frank Langner – (Director)
Frank designed and patented the product when establishing Aneeta Window Systems in Melbourne, Victoria with his two current partners in 1993.
Frank has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and has worked for companies such as Varian Techtron Pty Ltd and Alcoa Australia prior to establishing Aneeta Window Systems.
A qualified and member of the Master Builders Association, in 1978 Frank was awarded the prestigious Royal Australian Institute of Architects House of the Year Award for the home he built in Canterbury, Melbourne, Victoria. Experienced in lecturing and innovation, Frank also has previously worked for the University of New England and was a member of the inaugural team that introduced the Stathmology Course for innovation and design.
Barry Lucas – (Director)
Prior to Aneeta Windows, Barry had 26 years experience in Banking & Finance with major Australian banks in Senior Management, along with over 15 years in Building & Property Development within the family business.
During the previous 12 years, Barry controlled the financial management and development of the business and organised the corporate structure of Aneeta Windows.
Although semi-retired, still maintains the company financial oversee of the business with regular meetings with partners and General Manager and Financial Controller.
Ted Cotter – (Director)
During the establishment of Aneeta Windows, the three partners (directors) were involved in all aspects of the day to day business operation.
Many tasks overlapped and each partner at times could be involved in the same business areas, being marketing, technical and finance. However, generally the responsibility of each partner fell into three areas relative to their experience and expertise.
Ted’s role was primarily in the production and customer relations areas that drew on his vast experience. The tasks included;
1. Customer relations.
2. Sales and Marketing.
3. Production scheduling, purchasing and stock control.
4. Services and installation.
As the business developed, the directors’ day to day involvement lessened with the overall responsibility being passed on to the company appointed CEO, Rick Daniels.
Ted currently supports the managers and staff in all the above mentioned areas and where required, the company calls upon Ted’s wealth of knowledge and strong established network of clients and suppliers. All the company directors provide the essential direction and expectations for the management team.
Rick Daniels – (CEO) – Master of Business (Marketing)
Rick joined the company in June 2005 to lead the business following the semi retirements of the three company directors. With 20 years experience in manufacturing in Australia, Rick has experience in negotiating, implementing and monitoring overseas licensing and distribution agreements.
Rick has been in General Management roles in Australian manufacturing businesses for the past 10 years.
The chief executive at Aneeta Windows, Rick reports directly to the company’s directors at board meetings.
Robert Langner – (General Manager - R&D / Engineering) - B.E Mechanical (Honours)
Robert joined Aneeta Windows when he opened the Sydney NSW office in 1997. A qualified mechanical engineer Robert has an intimate understanding of the products working with his father, Frank Langner to develop products and patents for the business.
After six years in Sydney Robert returned to head office in Melbourne and was appointed to the Victorian State Managers role in 2003.
Robert has the dual role of also being the company technical manager who deals with CAD drawings, new product designs and works with the CEO in moving the company products into new markets.
Robert has designed and taken out the company patents on all new Aneeta Window products.
Paul Townsend - (General Manager - Operations) - Dip Engineering - Mechanical
Paul joined the Melbourne operation in January 2008 and has extensive experience in operations, tooling and quality control gathered working with large Australian and USA manufacturing businesses.
Multi-skilled with excellent planning, human relations and JIT manufacturing experience, Paul brings the required blend of ability, drive, experience and know how to the Aneeta Windows Melbourne business.
Kylie Lucas – (General Manager - Finance) - Advanced Diploma - Accounting
Kylie has been working in the family business since 1999 and has experience in banking both locally in Australia and overseas. Currently studying for her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) Kylie manages the company’s financial side of the business.
Kylie has built a strong rapport with the company's bankers and accountants for eye for detail, accuracy and time management.
Kylie commenced with Aneeta working with her father Barry, a company director and took over the day to day financial management of the business when Barry semi- retired.
Scott Smith – (General Manager - Eastern Region) – B.E Civil (Honours)
Scott manages the company NSW operation in Brookvale, Sydney after commencing with the business in 2002. The NSW operation consists of manufacturing, sales, administration and installation and employs 8 staff and 9 sub-contractor fitters.
Scott has many years of building and construction experience working with a number of large Australian construction companies. This experience has proved to be a wonderful contribution to the NSW Aneeta Window Systems business.
Grant Nolan – (General Manager- Northern Region)
Grant manages the company Queensland operation in Morningside, Brisbane. Grant commenced with the company in 2005 and manages the sales, manufacturing, administration and installation for Queensland. Grant's experience prior to joining Aneeta Window Systems includes a trade background and over 8 years in building product sales and management.
Peter Califano – (General Manager - Western Region)
Peter manages the company Western Australia and South Australian operations from Balcatta, Perth. Peter commenced with the company in 1999 and has built both States to where they are today from the beginning. A joiner by trade, Pete’s many years experience in the window and joining fields has provided him with an excellent background and experience required to manage the two States.
Kathy Iatridis - (National Sales Manager)
Kathy has over 7 years experience in sales with Aneeta and was recently promoted to the National Sales Managers role. Kathy commenced with the company in 2000 and has developed a strong professional working network with architects and clients.
Since the inception of the National Sales Managers role, the business in all States of Australia has grown.
